A partnership between the Health Design Lab and BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services
Both teams collaborated to design and facilitate a series of virtual workshops involving families of people with mental health and substance use experiences to increase awareness of these under-represented perspectives within our communities.
Throughout the discussions, storytellers were asked questions about the stigma they experienced as family members assisting their loved ones in navigating complex systems, as well as questions about their personal healing journeys.
